Srinagar, Jan 27: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered a reshuffle of 22 JKAS officers. The transfers and the postings of the officers were ordered in the "interests of the administration."

According to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Munir-ul-Islam, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Secretary J&K Building and other construction workers welfare Board has transferred and appointed as Secretary in the Information Department.

Also, Waseem Raja has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.

As per the order, Additional Transport Commissioner J&K , Ajaz Abdullah Saraf has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board while as Firdous Ahmad Giri has been transferred and posted as Mission Director RUSA, J&K.

Qazi Sarwar has been transferred and posted as Director Urban Local Bodies Kashmir while Bashir Ahmad Wani has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar Cooperatives, Kashmir and Altaf Ahmad Khan has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kulgam.

As per the order, Akram Ullah Tak has been posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir while Pran Singh has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.

Zahoor Ahmad Mir has been transferred and posted as Additional Director SKIMS, Srinagar while Sanjay Gupta has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Mining Department.

Arun Kishore Kotwal has been transferred and posted as Additional Transport Commissioner, J&K while Bal Krishan has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar Cooperatives, Jammu.

Masarat Hashim has been transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), J&K and Shahnawaz Shah has been posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central) J&K.

Ajeet Singh has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (Samba) while Mridhu Salathia has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department. "She will also hold the additional charge of Mission Director, National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), in addition to her own duties, until further orders.," the GAD order reads.

Ideel Saleem has been posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Kashmir while Mir Nasrool Hilal Jeri has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.

Manpreet Kour has been transferred and posted as Additional Mission Director, J&K Rural Livelihood Mission, Jammu while Bureeda Majid has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Ganderbal.

Hilal Ahmad Mir, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD) Budgam.
