Srinagar Jan 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has met the various sector leaders at the MICE event in Mumbai.
The office of the J&K Chief Minister wrote on the official X handle that the J&K CM engaged in pivotal discussions with sector leaders to unlock Jammu & Kashmir’s untapped potential.
In sports, Tennis legend VijayAmritraj and team explored boosting golf tourism & sports infrastructure while Anita Dongre highlighted reviving Kashmir’s textiles and craftsmanship globally.
"Michelin-starred, the VikasKhanna championed Kashmiri cuisine for cultural exchange and tourism while the Expert Mickey Mehra proposed integrating wellness retreats with J&K’s serene landscapes," the office of J&K CM wrote on X.
In the health sector, discussions were held with focu on advancing preventive healthcare frameworks. During the deliberations, TechUnicorns discussed digital innovation to empower local entrepreneurship.
Meanwhile, chairman and MD of JSW group Sajjan Jindal wrote on X handle that he had a great meeting with Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah
"We discussed about the development of Gulmarg along with the ski slopes to make it a world class destination for skiing and holidays," he wrote on his official X handle.
