Snowfall Aftermath: JKBOSE reschedules exams of class 10 to 12 students in hard zone areas

Srinagar, Feb 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has rescheduled the examination of the class 10th to 12th students which were earlier slated for March 1 and 3 of 2025 in hard zone areas of J&K.

The decision has been taken in view of the inclement weather witnessed in the Valley post snowfall.

As per the JKBOSE order, the class 10th examination of Hindi and Urdu subjects scheduled for March 1 of 2025, has been rescheduled and will be conducted on March 25 of 2025.

The JKBOSE has also rescheduled the examination of the General English subject of class 12th from March 1 and will be conducted on March 24 of 2025 in hard zone areas of J&K.

Also, the JKBOSE has rescheduled the examination of class 11th students which was earlier slated for March 3 of 2025 in hard zones areas of J&K. The exam will be now held on March 25 of 2025.

“The time and venue of the exam centres will remain unchanged,” the JKBOSE order reads.
