Baramulla March 13: The founder of Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF) on Thursday visited the border town of Uri and engaged with members of the Pothohari Brahman community to address their concerns and challenges.
During the interaction, community representatives highlighted longstanding socio-economic hardships, including issues related to infrastructure, cultural preservation, and access to resources.
Rouble Nagi, founder of the Mumbai-based foundation, attentively listened to their grievances and reiterated RNAF’s commitment to supporting marginalized groups.
“We stand with the Pothohari Brahman community and will collaborate to find sustainable solutions to their challenges,” Nagi said.
She urged community members to unite in advocating for their rights and emphasized the importance of collective efforts to foster well-being and development.
As part of the visit, RNAF also donated essential utensils as requested by the community to the local temple, underscoring its focus on cultural and community empowerment.
The gesture was welcomed by community leaders, who expressed hope for continued collaboration.
