Handwara, April 02: In a rare feat of its kind in the Kralgund area of Qaziabad, doctors here in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district successfully conducted normal delivery of a female patient.

While divulging the details, Doctor Faisal privy to the development told Kashmir Square correspondent that the CHC hospital at Kralgund received a patient  Masooma Begum wife of Shazad Ahmad Gazi arriving from Naribal on Tuesday last night

“The patient received was in the last leg of her delivery date," he said.

He said the whole night duty staff of the hospital staff had to be taken into confidence to deal with the intricacies that may have resulted in the patient dealing with the patient.

"However under the abled guidance of  MO concerned Dr. Faisal the delivery was conducted successfully on April 2 of 2025 at 2:30 am," he said.

The patient delivered a healthy male baby by way of Normal Delivery.

"Both-mothers as well as the baby are in good health," the doctor on duty said.

The other team members involved in the Delivery time included Javid Ahmad Laboratory Technician Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Zubaida Hassan.

Expressing his satisfaction over the successful conduction of the delivery, Dr. Faisal  said that this will go a long way in boosting the morale of other fellow members of the fraternity.
