Srinagar, April 23: The
Kashmiri Pandits have expressed deep anguish and outrage over the brutal
massacre of innocent tourists in Pahalgam, terming it a “naked dance of death” carried
out by the enemies of humanity.
Kuldeep Kashmiri and Bharat Kachroo senior members of the community have strongly condemned the attack calling it a grim reminder of the hidden terror that continues to plague the Kashmir Valley.
Both leaders criticized the recent claims made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah who stated that separatist ideology has been wiped out and confined to history.
The barbaric assault in Pahalgam is a direct response from the beasts who reject peace and humanity, they said.
"It exposes the hollow narrative of restored normalcy," the handout reads.
They called upon the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to abandon all forms of appeasement and to decisively confront the terror state of Pakistan by using our mighty power of Army.
"Only a full-fledged and uncompromising military response can bring lasting peace not just to India but to the entire subcontinent, they said.
Expressing heartfelt solidarity with the bereaved families, they urged citizens across India to wake up from the illusion that normalcy has returned to Kashmir.
"Connecting Kashmir with trains, highways and modern amenities is not the solution to the deeply rooted Kashmir issue and the nefarious designs of Pakistan the leaders emphasised," they said.
The pain and aspirations of the exiled Kashmiri Pandits have been persistently ignored since 2014 and this cannot be overlooked any longer, they said.
Kuldeep Kashmiri reaffirmed the commitment to
truth, justice and the long standing demands of the displaced Kashmiri Pandit
community.
