Pahalgam Massacre: Youth NC block Sopore holds condolence meeting

Srinagar, April 25: Under the leadership of the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Irshad Rasool Kar, the Sopore Youth block of the National Conference (NC) chaired a condolence meeting in solidarity with the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack.

Party members and workers attended the gathering to express their grief and support.  

During the meeting, the members acknowledged the tragedy, stating that what had happened was deeply wrong.

"Hearts are grieving, and everyone’s eyes are filled with tears," an official handout reads.

They strongly condemned the Pahalgam massacre from all sides.  

On this occasion, MLA Irshad Rasool Kar also appealed to chief minister Omar Abdullah to ensure the safety and well-being of Kashmiri students studying outside the region.

He emphasized the need for their secure stay in other states.  

MLA Kar also urged parents and senior citizens to remain patient and cooperate with each other besides, authorities so that law and order can be maintained from all angles.
