Rooftops blown off, trees uprooted, 2 vehicles damaged

Handwara, July 11: Gusty winds accompanied by isolated showers a this late-evening caused damage to orchards, residential houses, Rooftops of Several Shops, Vehicles and uprooted trees in various parts of the Kralgund, Langate and Mawer in North Kashmir.

As per the reports scores of residential houses and Several Rooftops of Shops got damaged while trees were uprooted due to strong winds in several areas of

Kralgund, Langate and Mawer Kupwara parts.

However, no loss of life has been reported so far.

In the Kralgund area of Qaziabad, the gusty winds damaged the rooftop of residential houses and shops .

In Mawar, roof tope were blown off and trees uprooted due to heavy windstorm.

Moreover, in the main market Kralgund, two vehicles (JK09B 4619 Alto ) and (JK09B 4643) got damaged after a rooftop fell on them.
