NHM Block president langate condemns attack on medical professionals

Handwara: Aug 24: NHM Block President Langate  Waseem Ahmad Reshi on Sunday strongly condemned the assault on a doctor and two Employees at CHC  in Kralgund.

The Medical Officer Dr. Mukhtar  working at CHC Kralgund was attacked during his  duty on Sunday.

Waseem Ahmad Reshi demanded that the doctor receive full support from the health department and hospital administration, including medical, legal, and psychological assistance, if necessary.

He urged the public, civil society, and political leadership to unite in support of healthcare professionals and to work collectively to ensure their safety at workplaces.

"Such incidents severely damage the trust between doctors and patients and negatively impact the overall healthcare system," Waseem Reshi stated, calling for concrete measures to protect medical staff across Jammu and Kashmir.
