Weather update: J&K to receive light rain, snow at scattered places today

Srinagar Jan 16: The Kashmir Valley and parts of Jammu division are expected to witness cloudy weather with light Rain and Snow at scattered places of Kashmir and Jammu division on Thursday.

As per the forecast predicted by the independent weather organisation, Kashmir weather centre has forecasted.

As per their prediction, weather will remain generally cloudy with Light snow at isolated higher reaches from January 17 to 19.

"Overall, nothing significant till 19th January. Weather will remain generally cloudy with the possibility of light snow at the isolated places to scattered places from January 20 to 21," it said.

Meanwhile, the tourists, travellers and transporters have advised to follow traffic advisory issued by the administration.
